Lovely stuff but found it dear. Same mirror 50 dearer and wall paper 5 dearer .but have brought plenty from here in passed

Unprofessional behavior of one of your sales women, P. H. It is appalling to witness an employee P.H of such a respected company to behave in such a manner. I came on 12/08/18 and very politely requested 99.95 refund and was refused only to be offered credit note or exchange. I advised when i purchased 5 wallpapers 7 days ago two other sales rep clearly confirmed i am eligible to return and request refund before i purchased products. Sales women (P.H) said she has 30+ years experience and she doesn't believe her colleagues would have said or mislead me thinking i am eligible for a full refund as i myself was assuming that to myself. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employees actions who deliberately threw copy of my receipt on the floor and not in my hands.I trust that this is not the way that O'Neills does business and that you will mention my concern with P.H about this incident. I am open to discussing the matter further and should hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again.
