one star is too much for this idiot, very unhelpful, ripped us off,doesn't know what he is doing. should not be in this trade. rude and argumentative. i suggest you go elsewhere for your bike needs absolute joker. my son is now left with a broken bike thanks to Ron the Con. should be in prison
